I’m Chiara and I’m all about maximizing climbing potential through dialing in on your nutrition and ditching food rules (because let’s be real, a truly balanced lifestyle includes dougnuts and broccoli). As a climber girl recovering from a long-time eating disorder and Registered Dietitian Nutiritonist, this is where my passion and expertise collide.

It’s a no brainer: if you’re serious about maximizing your climbing potential, dialing in on your nutrition is 100% a key component.

But learning to fuel and make peace with food along the way can be overwhelming, unnecessarily complicated, and downright difficult—especially with everyone calling themselves a nutrition expert these days.

It doesn’t have to be though! I’m all about evidenced-based practice, going back to the basics, and making small and sustainable changes over time that actually have an impact—not fads or quick fixes that just fail in the long run and ruin your relationship with food and your favorite sport.

And I’m here to help you get started on your journey with free fueling tips and tools, simple, budget-friendly recipes (you’ll actually want to eat) and coaching on how to become your strongest and happiest self.
